Overnight Oats Recipe


Finally tried Overnight Oats. 

Here's the recipe:

1/2 cup organic extra thick rolled oats
1/2 cup greek nonfat vanilla yogurt 
1/2 cup unsweetened original almond milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all these ingredients together in a jar with lid & presto! Shake & put in the refrigerator overnight. 

You can add whatever you like. Honey, fruit, etc. I chose a Peach & it was delicious!
