Easy-To-Make Party Hats


Materials Needed:
  • Construction Paper
  • Jewels
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • Stamp
  • Glitter Pens
  • Stapler
Owen insisted we make Party Hats for "mine itty friend Emma". Her birthday isn't until the 24th, but we made them anyway!
