The Blueberry Banana Bread was a hit with Owen this morning! I changed the recipe up a little bit though. I did use the olive oil because that's all I had on hand. I only used two medium Banana's and spoon-mixed a handful of blueberries in after it was all mixed. Then, when I poured the batter in the pan, I made a little design on top! Tadaaaaaaaaaaaah! A hot delicious treat for breakfast and a full belly!
