while you were sleeping #6

I'm notorious for snapping shots of my sleeping munchkin. It's in those quiet moments (quiet with an almost 4 year old boy is rare), I am able to reflect on years passed.
He'll be grown before I know it and I pray that I will look back and say that I've done my best to lead by example . The best thing I can do is love him with all my heart & lead him in the best possible direction and I have Faith God will do the rest.

His Will Leads Me Where He Needs Me

So often along my journey, I think I am in control. He reminds me daily, that I am not; He is. Through Faith, I trust He is with me, guiding me.

Hebrews 11:1 - Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:6 - But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Through Faith, I know that the blessings and the tribulations that I am given, are what I need, when I need them. I embrace them all.

Faith

This is a project that has been in the works since May of 2011. This is one of my projects on my Creative Overdrive is On list and it's finally finished. It turned out awesome! This is very near and dear to my heart. I received this ceramic bowl from some wonderful friends that I am very fortunate to have in my life and consider them family. I decided to go with a zebra print once I got started painting and ended up putting the Christian Fish Symbol with the word Faith inside it from a picture I saw on Pinterest.
